eyal doron, PH.D.
Eyal is the Scientific Director of Noveto Systems, Ltd. At Noveto, Eyal contributes his extensive knowledge in the fields of acoustics and transducers, signal processing and algorithms, beam forcing and direction locating techniques for arrays, and ultra-low power electronics, coupled with his massive experience in system design for micro-medical devices, homeland-security sophisticated sensors and defense systems. Eyal concurrently serves at the CTO at Pearls of Wisdom, which develops miniaturized wireless sensor networks for security systems. Prior to Noveto, Eyal co-founded and served as the CTO at Remon Medical Technologies for 10 years, where he led the development of wireless implantable sensors for use in vascular-cardiac systems, utilizing an intra-body acoustic communication modality. The company was later acquired by Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX). Prior to this, Eyal worked as a researcher for RAFAEL, the Israeli Armanent Development Authority, where he developed acoustic-based systems and transducers for terrestrial and marine systems. Eyal was also a senior lecturer in physics at Haifa University and held two post-doctoral positions at the Max-Planck-Institut fuer Kernphysik in Germany and at the physics department of the University of Bristol, England. He has published 25 papers in the fields of theoretical physics and array signal processing, and has registered over 25 patents. Eyal holds a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics from the Weizmann Institute, as well as an M.Sc. in physics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He received a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, within the elite “Talpiot” program.
